Medical Fund

BFWA runs a Medical Fund to provide for a variety of medical needs, including emergency treatment, vaccinations, health and dental check-ups.

When possible, we arrange a team of medical practitioners to travel to northern Thailand to provide much needed medical attention such as vaccinations, general health check-ups, dentistry, and urgent health procedures. Many children won’t have ever owned a toothbrush, never mind getting their teeth checked. Some may have had untreated medical issues for their entire life.
